BARUCH HASHEM - BESHA"AH TOVAH
An AMAZING opportunity came our way to open the FIRST KOLLEL in San Diego / Ventura. A kollel (Hebrew: כולל, כוללים, kollelim),
a "gathering" or “ collection” of Jewish people and Torah scholars in an institute for full-time, advanced study of the Talmud, Torah, Jewish Philosophy, Values, Halachot and Rabbinic Literature.
This is the MOST important component (that we in San Diego were missing) to ensure success in our city. Our Holy Sages taught us that a Kollel is an added “protection” from bad decrees and it is an “insurance policy” to Jewish communities and families.
The word Kollel in Hebrew is equal to 86 which is the same value of Elohim (God).
This will be our Initial* temporary location, until our main Kollel will be completed B'H.

Providing the Jewish community and visitors to the area with free daily access to a Jewish Center with Torah Studies, Classes and more. Accompanied by refreshments and a blessed Charedi “place to hang out”,
Focusing on Talmudic, Halacha, Jewish Values, Jewish History, A'havat Israel and Kaballah, the Partners In Torah SD Kollel - A'HAVAT ISRAEL Torah Center provides tailor made courses and lectures, delivered by world renowned experts in their field, to ensure the students will possess the proper tools and knowledge for their future roles as Jewish leaders.
Our Kollel members are carefully selected from diligent Torah scholars who have received Rabbinical ordination & Yeshivah Bachurim. The Kollel selects scholars with talents for community leadership, and allows them to immersed in the study of Torah, without mundane worries. Their time in Kollel not only increases their vast knowledge, but empowers them to serve the local Jewish community today and in the future.
